Our story
Careers Launch Talent Group was founded in 2020 and is headquartered in Mesa, Arizona. In 2024 we merged with Signature Hire, a Phoenix-based talent acquisition firm focused on engineering, construction and manufacturing, expanding our executive search reach into those industries. The same year we expanded our outplacement practice, and in 2025 we launched a sports recruitment partnership with Sports Business Ventures.
